MANAGEMENT

​COLEEN "COCO" BARNETT
OWNER, PRESIDENT

​Coleen has focused her career in business and strategic planning with experience in both the government and private sectors. She has worked internationally at both the corporate and field levels in business management, construction, logistics, contracting and the higher education industries.

Coleen is a native Texan. She joined the Air Force ROTC program at her alma mater, Texas State University, and served 7 years on active duty in the United States Air Force. She earned an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School with a concentration in Financial Management, and is currently a Major in the the USAF Reserves.   She continues her education in Spanish, green building and lean processes. 

Outside of work Coleen is involved with local non-profits, politics, youth sports leagues, exploring Austin trails and learning about new countries, cultures and wine.

DANIEL CARL, PE
OWNER, VICE PRESIDENT

Daniel is a licensed mechanical engineer and graduate of the executive MBA program at UT Austin.  He was born and raised in Austin. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin engineering school, he worked locally and internationally for a multibillion dollar corporation, across the state for a large general contractor, and regionally for a national architectural and engineering design firm.  He is passionate about conservation of energy and water resources, and has experience with some of the state's largest LEED certified buildings.

He is currently involved with the boards of several local charities and is passionate about providing opportunities in education for deserving youth and fighting for civil rights for all Americans.
